Roberto Cavalli Vodka is produced from the highest quality wheat grown in the valleys where the southwestern Alps meet the Po River. This type of wheat is soft, preferable to durum wheat due to its higher type A starch content, which converts sucrose into its pure form.
The water used in the dilution process flows from springs at the foot of Monte Rosa and has a naturally low mineral content and therefore does not require distillation.
The alcohol is carefully distilled to give the exact taste. Four columns for the first stage of distillation and a special copper receiver to complete the procedure to give absolute purity. The filtration process uses not only the typical cellulose panels, but also marble powder, important to guarantee the correct pH levels for the final product.
