The beginning of the first Book in the category of Habanos Colecciones was given in 2002, when the first volume was presented under the brand of Cuaba. In each of the following years, the Spanish-Cuban company consistently won the attention of all aficionados around the world to one of the stories of its brands.

With the exception of the debut series, which comes out in 300 copies, all subsequent ones appear in a circulation of 500 copies. The popularity of Cohiba at a later stage and the increased interest in the previous editions gives grounds to double the number to 1000, in 2008. Since 2013, the production is already 2000 copies for the whole world, and from 2019 it grows to 3000 books. Given their widespread demand, the series still remains very limited.

Today, Habanos Books are a symbol of classicism, prestige and pride for cigar connoisseurs. Wrapped in the mistery that only a classy book can have, the special editions of Colecciones / The Books promise endless emotion and flow, just as in great the literary works. Namely the amazing litertre art inspired the beginning of this series, as the cigar boxes are in the shape of a book and are an exquisite decoration for the personal collections of any interior. So the invitation to "read" and enjoy the emotion again always stays close.

    2002 Partagas Serie C N1 (ring 48 x 170 mm), 300 books
    2003 Hoyo de Monterrey Extravaganza (50 x 184 mm ring), 500 books
    2004 Romeo y Julieta Fabulosos N6 (ring 52 x 180 mm), 500 books
    2005 Montecristo Maravillas N1 (ring 55 x 182 mm), 500 books. Issued on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the brand.
    2006 Trinidad Torre Iznaga (ring 52 x 170 mm), 500 books. The first Book on the Bulgarian market.
    2007 H.Upmann Magnum Especial (ring 55 x 170 mm), 500 books
    2008 Cohiba Sublimes Extra (ring 54 x 184 mm), 1000 books. For the first time, due to the great interest in the Habanos Library, the prduction has been increased to 1,000 worldwide.
    2009 San Cristobal de La Habana O´Reilly (ring 56 x 160 mm), 1000 books. In addition to the 10th anniversary of the brand, the names of this book are in honor of a street in Old Havana.
    2010 Bolivar Gran Belicoso (ring 54 x 180 mm), 1000 books.
    2011 Coleccion Habanos Obras Completas, 1000 books. The 11th Book, containing 10 brands with 3 pieces from the previous 10 editions (30 cigars in a box).
