* Delivery is made within 3 working days to the specified address, after order confirmation. /During busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, etc. delay of the specified term is allowed/. Kaliman Caribe has no obligations towards delays due to terms within the courier workflow.

* * When placing an order to be delivered at a Speedy office, the customer has 5 working days from the date of delivery, in which to obtain their order. After the expiration of the term, the order is canceled and returned.
