RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares hot, cold cocktails and coffee drinks with gourmet drinks according to original recipes;
• Advises customers in choosing cigars, cigarillos, tobaccos, wines, alcohol, coffee;
• Serves drinks, trims and lights cigars directly at the customer's table;
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene in the workplace - unservicing and cleaning;
• Marks goods, issues receipts and invoices, operates a POS terminal;
• Prepares orders for goods from external and internal suppliers;
• Writes out and accepts goods between warehouses/other stores;
• Prepares and sends orders to customers;
• Operates and maintains machines in the humidor;
• Participates in audits and is a materially responsible person;
• Maintains comprehensive documentary reporting.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
• Previous experience in a similar position in a premium establishment - min. 3-5 years;
• Skills for presenting and selling luxury products;
• Experience in offering and selling premium wines, alcohol, coffee;
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and the technology of their production;
• Experience in preparing coffee drinks;
• Certificate for completed Barista course - an advantage;
• Computer literacy – skills to work with MS Office;
• Technical literacy – skills to work with a cash register and POS terminal;
• English language – good working level;
• Desire to develop in a niche area – cigar sommeliering.

• Commercially oriented profile with interests in development in the Habanos culture and sommeliering;
