The only gin made from 30 apple varieties and 8 different spices. Each spice is distilled separately before being blended in proportions that are unique to each batch. Rose and lemon give it a delicate touch. Ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almonds lead to a smooth and spicy body, while cardamom gives fruity notes and a pleasant roundness. Juniper and apple complement each other with their heavy spicy notes.
