This wine is born from the knowledge of Gerard Bertrand and his oenologists, who have a unique experience in the production of sulfite-free wine. The wines are grown according to organic and biodynamic standards, which requires high quality grapes. Gerard Bertrand Naturae IGP Cabernet Sauvignon is an organic rosé wine without added sulfites, part of the Naturae series, which is distinguished by purity, sustainability and respect for nature.

• Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Alcohol: 13%
• Vinification: The vinification process is very complex, especially since no sulfites or other additives are used. The grapes are harvested by hand, with careful selection, and once they reach the cellar, they are left to macerate for about ten days. During this time, the only extraction work involves pumping daily to release the full potential of the fruit. The grapes are then pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wines are chilled to ensure optimal stability.
