Description
The largest member of the new line impresses with its astonishing size. Prior to lighting, this vitola is characterized by fine aroma of natural chocolate. Expectations for a strong beginning, provoked by the Montecristo traditions and that vitola’s youth, are not justified. In the beginning, Eagle provides cedar notes, combined with deepening aroma of wet leather and sandalwood. The aroma is complex and fascinating, while in its complexity and softness, preserved until the finale, Eagle ranks in the top 3 of Habanos. A comparison with Edmundo is inevitable and, at least at this stage, Eagle seems like an improved version that you should try. For collectors: Due to the youth of that vitola, we recommend further maturation in humidor for at least 3 years following the date of manufacture.
