Our mission is to produce world-class vintages from our own vineyards in Armavir, Armenia. Karas, the winery’s name, means “amphora” in Armenian, a sacred clay vessel for winemaking used here for 6,000 years

• Varietals: 60% Kangun, 40% Chenin Blanc
• Alcohol: 13.5%
• Vinification: Hand-harvested, followed by hand-selected post-harvest. Pressed and after cooling for 24 hours, the decanting process follows, the juice ferments for 20 days at 14-16 °C.
• Color: Straw color with light green hues
• Serving temperature 7°C -12 °C
• Aroma: exotic fruits
• Taste: Fresh and harmonious, with balanced acidity
