Asconi is a family business founded in 1994 in Puhoi, Moldova. The winery strives to produce the best possible wine, using the latest technology, while preserving local traditions.

Using the latest Italian technology, Asconi has a production of over 3 million bottles per year, focusing mainly on white and red wines. The winery also produces rosé, sparkling and dessert wines as exclusive products.

• Vinification: Stainless steel tanks are used for both fermentation and storage, which range in size from 30,000, 60,000 and 150,000 liters each.

The cellar has a juice concentrator, a modern bottling line with a speed of 8,000 bottles per hour, all of which contributes to the high quality of the wines produced.
