Gérard Bertrand is one of the most prominent winemakers in the South of France, owning numerous properties in the most prestigious crus of Languedoc-Roussillon. Known as the King of Languedoc, Bertrand produces stunning wines that showcase the diversity of the terroirs of the South of France.
The vines are ideally located in the Tautavel region, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, 30 km north of Perpignan, in the South of France. The dry and sunny terroir allows Grenache, the emblematic grape variety of the Mediterranean, to express its best aromas

• Aging: 6 months on the lees. The result is an elegant cuvée with fine bubbles.

Aroma: Citrus, green apple, white flowers, notes of brioche and honey
Taste: Fresh, with fine bubbles, good acidity and a slightly creamy texture. The finish is clean and mineral
