Pashaeli is a Turkish boutique winery based around Izmir, with an annual production of around 150,000 bottles. They work mainly with local varieties and vines that are 35–50 years old, some of which are planted by the family themselves.
Pashaeli plays a key role in drawing attention to unique Turkish grape varieties, which are almost unknown outside the country.
These varieties have ancient roots in the region, but are now being revived by the winery, providing an exciting opportunity for wine lovers to try something truly distinctive and deeply connected to Turkish culture.
