Eisacktal Isarco Classic Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from the Alto Adige region (South Tyrol), Italy, produced by Kellerei Eisacktal / Cantina Valle Isarco - one of the northernmost and highest wineries in the country.

Valle Isarco specializes in the production of white wine. Thanks to the ideal climate, the grapes are of remarkably high quality. Thanks to impeccable processing techniques, the white wines from the Valle Isarco winery are now among the most famous wines produced in Alto Adige. The elegance and character of the wines reflect the philosophy of the winery and its 135 members: Quality without compromise!

Originally from France, this grape variety was brought to Alto Adige about 100 years ago, but only recently to the Valle Isarco. The porphyry-rich, warm, frost-protected soils in the lower part of the Valle Isarco with their exposure give this wine the characteristics that make it one of the noblest among white wines.
