Gerard Bertrand Naturae IGP Chardonnay is an organic rosé wine without added sulfites, part of the Naturae series, which is distinguished by purity, sustainability and respect for nature.

• Alcohol: 12.5%
• Vinification: The vinification process is very complex, especially since no sulfites or other additives are used. The grapes are pressed immediately, with settled cold must to encourage the oxidic compounds to stabilize naturally. The alcoholic fermentation is very fast and takes place in a controlled environment. During fermentation, the temperature is limited to 18 ° C. The wine is fining and malolactic fermentation follows.
